Each year we are blessed to take mission trips all over the world. If you're interested in joining a 2025 mission trip team, then be sure to attend our annual Missions Expo on October 27. Come hear about the 2025 trips, stop by the missions tables, ask questions and visit with each team leader to discover what they will be doing in their city to reach people for Jesus. There will also be drawings for prizes and scholarships. Ask the Lord where He might be calling you!

All mission trips outside of the USA require a U.S. passport. Please apply for your passport at least 3 months in advance. It will be important to give it as much time as possible to process, as expediting the application can be very expensive. Some countries require travel visas to enter. Those team leaders will give instructions for their particular country.

Visit the individual team pages for costs. Most team costs include air travel, hotel of lodging, food, transportation and supplies. Not included are passport costs, immunizations and insurance. A few teams do include insurance in the price, so visit individual team page for more information.
If insurance is not included in your team costs, you can purchase individual insurance from one of these recommended sites.
Thank you for being a part of the Beltway Mission teams! Each person on the team has the responsibility of raising their own funds. There are many ways to raise these funds, including saving each month, picking up a second job or a temporary job, personal fundraisers (need leader approval), or writing a support letter to family and friends (commitment cards are at the bottom of the support letter).
Beltway Missions Fundraisers are created to assist the people of Beltway Park with financial resources to enable them to go on a Beltway Mission trip that costs over $1500. The Beltway Missions office provides these particular cases of assisting ministries at Beltway Park on an as-needed basis. We ask and encourage all of our mission team members to continue to serve in the ministries God has called you to at Beltway Park voluntarily and not to substitute mission fundraisers. Missions fundraisers should be in addition to current ministry and areas of service.
We do not allow anyone to create places of serving, themselves. The only places you can use for missions hours are those that come from the missions office.
You will not be able to earn all the money needed for your trip through our working opportunities, but these fundraisers are helpful as a supplement (possibly 25%-40%) to what you can raise.
Some of Beltway Park’s mission teams need immunizations before traveling. Please consult with your team leader about what will be required for the location you are traveling to. We also recommend everyone check out the CDC’s website on their own for the recommended immunizations and preventions.
Support Letters can often be one of the most effective ways to raise funds for your short-term trip. In addition, support letters allow for your community to support you not only financially but pray for you and partner with you in this journey you are embarking on over the next couple of months.
We have some expectations and requirements to write a support letter. Please download our info packet. Included are some generic support letter cards.
It’s important that your trip leader read your letter first.
